CCD v4.2 Release Notice

Capita Financial Software would like to announce the release of CCD v4.2 This release provides a number of enhancements and new features, designed to improve existing functionality and address the requirements of our users.

Many of the new features are in response to specific user requests addressing the changing needs of their businesses and clients, others respond to the changing environment in which we work. However, all represent an ongoing commitment by Capita Financial Software to create solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

New features include:

  • Contract Enquiry Support for Standard Life Wrap
  • Enhanced fund information with Asset Allocation import from Financial Express
  • New integrations with Synaptic Comparator and Truth Software
  • Improvements to client servicing and charging areas
  • Updates to Fact Find, including new retirement options section
  • Electronic Commissions (EDI) enhancements
  • Additional marketing wizards
  • Support for 64-bit operating systems

Hardware, Software and Configuration Requirements

There are specific requirements regarding the hardware and software required to run CCD v4.2 which are important, and if your system does not meet the required specification CCD v4.2 may not function correctly.

Training

To support your upgrade to CCD v4.2, all clients will be provided with a free user guide, detailing the main changes.

If you are upgrading from CCD v4.x, we would recommend that your staff complete a training session tto familiarise themselves with the main changes and ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

For those upgrading from CCD v3.x, there is a requirement to complete a training session to ensure that your staff are familiar with all of the changes made since your current version.
