SimplyBiz replaces Defaqto with Synaptic Research suite from Capita




SimplyBiz have chosen Capita Financial Software (Capita) to partner with to offer their members free Product and Fund Research.
           
In addition to complimentary licences for the Synaptic research suite, each member firm will receive a licence for Capita’s quotation and e-apply portal, Webline.

SimplyBiz members were previously offered access to Defaqto’s Aequos system.
The support service provider have confirmed that the three year deal will involve issuing over 1,500 licences over the coming weeks for Capita’s research suite enabling advisers to analyse, compare, and justify recommendation for retirement, protection, and investment products.
Within Synaptic is data for over 97,000 funds and live, real-time protection quotations powered by Webline.
Commenting on the new deal, SimplyBiz, Managing Director, Matt Timmins, said:
