Consultancy

Pre consultancy day: Our consultant will contact you prior to their visit and discuss your requirements and expected outcome from the consultancy. This ensures that there is no time wasted on the day. The consultant may ask you to prepare some case studies or examples ready for their visit.

On the day: A large part of the day will involve the consultant observing your current business process and how CCD fits into the day to day operation of your office. The consultant will spend time with individual members of staff to ask further questions around processes and system usage.

Post consultancy day: Following each consultancy day our consultant will send a short report around the areas of the system that were discussed.

Any recommendation for further training that is required to achieve your goals will be made and follow up visits will be planned in.

Optional extras are:

  • Process mapping – We will provide bespoke flow charts for all your business and map these to CCD using the work and tasks area of the system.
  • Procedure manuals – This service follows on from the process mapping and is the most in depth consultancy service and will provide you with a set of manuals that cover all your business procedures in a manual with fully annotated screen shots.
