Capita Enabler Integrates Training Programme to Help Further Enhance the use of Products

Quay Software, a Capita Enabler company, has enhanced its training and consultancy services to encourage and further integrate with the other Capita Enabler companies.

As part of the Capita Enabler programme, Quay Software’s range of ‘classroom’ training courses will be offered from the Synaptic offices based in Coventry, as well as from Quay Software’s offices in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire. By adding Synaptic’s state-of-the-art training facility, Quay Software’s courses will be even more accessible to the advisers and administration staff that use its systems.

The company has also extended the range of courses available to include training on all of the Capita Enabler companies – comprising Quay Software, Webline and Synaptic – enabling users to learn all the necessary tools in one session.

Classroom training provides a very cost-effective option for most firms and has the added benefit of enabling delegates to network with other attendees. Quay Software experts also develop and deliver bespoke training courses at client premises.
