Quay Client Care Desktop
CCD has been designed to be used by advisory firms of all sizes.
There are four different versions:
- Single user – The single-user version sits on your local computer and is ideal for sole traders.
- Workgroup – Ideal if you are a small business needing to share client data across your computer network.
- Corporate – The Corporate version of CCD is for the medium to large business that needs to share client information with its staff in real time.
- Corporate wide – Designed to support between one and 250 concurrent users.
Client Care Desktop
CCD offers comprehensive functionality designed to support your entire business process, from the very first point of contact with a prospective client, through the advice and client care processes and on to administration, compliance and commissions.
The system is broken down into separate modules, CCD Core, Factfind, Compliance, Corporate, Electronic Commissions (EDI) and Document Management, allowing you to build on the CCD core product by selecting the additional modules to suit your company needs.
Adviser Desktop
Adviser Desktop provides advisers with the ability to work away from the office and have client data accessible on their laptops. It enables advisers to fact find and analyse client needs without the need for an internet connection.
Whenever the adviser connects to the internet, data can be electronically passed to and received from the 'head office' CCD. It enables head office to centrally manage introducers, providers and other enterprise-wide data and also to send enquiries and new client records electronically from the head office to the adviser. The adviser can upload holdings and new business records to head office for support staff to administer.
CCD integrates with a wide range of data feeds, product providers and software applications. Each is designed to meet the needs of a particular part of the overall business process and together the tools combine to support your entire business. The term 'integration' means enabling information that has been entered into CCD to be re-used, avoiding repeated data entry, saving time and removing the opportunity for error.
